Salary: £13.24 per hour (+£2.50 for overtime shifts)
Hours: Full time, 36 hours per week, Night Shifts (22:00-07:00), Alternate weekends required

About the Role:

Fitzroy is a leading not-for-profit provider, specialising in person-centred care for individuals with learning disabilities and other complex needs. We are expanding and looking for compassionate, high-energy individuals to join our new team in Sherwood.

You will work with adults who may have learning disabilities, mental health conditions, autism, or physical disabilities, helping them live as independently as possible. You’ll support them to engage in daily activities, develop positive relationships, and enjoy a fulfilling life as part of their rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalised care and support to service users in their daily lives

  • Assist with personal care, encourage participation in activities, and promote independence

  • Support service users to build relationships and integrate into their local community

  • Help service users achieve their goals and live a happy, fulfilled life
