We are excited to announce an internal job opportunity for the position of PlanDay Owner within our IT department . This role is open to all current employees who are looking to take the next step in their career, broaden their skills, and contribute further to the success of the organisation.
Purpose of the Job
Reporting to the Senior Digital Transformation Officer, your primary focus will be to ensure that all services use PlanDay to successfully roster, driving down use of Agency and improving staff wellbeing.
Your role as an influencer of people, will be to drive a culture change amongst services to adopt lean dynamic support services with consistent front line staff at the centre of the roster.
Outline of Responsibilities and Duties
- Proactively audit rosters for compliance to rostering practice.
- Foster best rostering practices focusing on more agile lean ways to roster.
- Influence services to roster to the best arrangement for the services needs.
- Ensure quality of data meets defined standards and data is correct for Payroll processing.
- Act as Subject Matter Expert for rostering covering:
- All aspects of system configuration
- Guidance & training on how to use the tools.
- Support on how best to run a roster in a service.
- Be the face of FitzRoy Rostering, building confidence and buy-in of the rostering tools and processes.
- Train new service management on how best to roster their services using the tools.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Good general education to A Level
- Rostering services with changing needs. Build new templates and rethinking shift structures
- Experience of building an inclusive team that embrace technology and its benefits
- Ability to work under pressure, set and manage deadlines and prioritise workload.
