Salary: £39K per annum, plus a Car Allowance

With learning disability & Mental Health experience in the social care sector, you may already be working as a Quality Officer, Registered Manager or a Care Manager looking for a new, rewarding, and inspirational role.
As an excellent relationship builder, you will work collaboratively with existing management teams to generate quality plans to lead our services in delivering outstanding support.
With experience of ensuring a care service is compliant with CQC regulations and Local Authority contractual requirements, as the Quality Manager you will assess, audit, and evaluate the quality of FitzRoy services, to ensure the highest quality support and care provision is delivered.

As a Quality Manager, you will:
- Undertake quality assurance audits in our care services.
- Analyse results of quality audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Produce well written reports and make recommendations.
- Devise service specific improvement action plans.
- Work in partnership with Service Managers, Area and Regional Managers to oversee the progress of the service improvement action plans, ensuring key elements of quality and positive outcomes for people using the service are addressed.
- Raise urgent matters of concern arising from audits, clearly communicating risks and impacts to service.
- Clearly communicate the quality standards expected to all appropriate internal and external stakeholders and produce clear information on how those standards are being met.
- Analyse trends from audits to create action plans to drive improvement at an organisational level.

To be successful you will have:
- Have a strong understanding of CQC compliance with regulatory standards and Care Sector contractual requirements.
- Experience with quality management, compliance and implementing new procedures.
- Experience as a Registered Manager of services or an equivalent role.
- Experience of implementing service improvement action plans to success.
- Able to travel regularly with overnight stays.
