Support at Home Norfolk
Support at Home in Norfolk supports people who live throughout the majority of Norfolk.
We offer support to people with a wide range of needs. From those who need as little as three hours a week to be supported to access the community to those needing 24 hour support.
We support people in their own homes whether this is with family members, in sheltered housing, or their own house where they live alone or with a partner.
To find out more information about getting support, please get in contact with the service manager, Kerensa.
Kerensa says: “Our job is to provide support to people with learning disabilities and autism so they can live as independently as they can in their own homes for as long as possible.
“We can support people to do a variety of tasks from taking them on a day out to somewhere they wouldn’t usually go, to supporting them have a bath. Our staff provide high quality support and will go the extra mile to ensure the person they are supporting is happy.
“We listen to what the people we support want and need from us, then the support is tailored around this. We really do pride ourselves on providing person centred support.
“We all absolutely love what we do, and seeing a smile on someone’s face brings us back to why we are doing what we are.”
