FitzRoy are internally recruiting a highly organised and proactive individual to support the mobilisation of new services and the ongoing oversight of existing services across the region. This role is being offered on a 6 month contract working 22.5 hours per week.

Working closely with the Regional Management Team, you will play a key role in ensuring new services are set up effectively, safely, and in line with organisational and regulatory standards. This will include both brand-new services and services transferring into the organisation.

This is a varied, hands-on role that requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and a good understanding of social care operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work in partnership with the Regional Management Team and wider departments to ensure the smooth mobilisation of services
  • Attend internal and external mobilisation meetings, supporting the Regional Manager to coordinate and track actions within mobilisation plans
  • Support the implementation and embedding of organisational systems and processes, including:
    • Rostering systems, ensuring staffing levels meet contractual requirements
    • Digital support plans and risk assessments
    • Medication systems and procedures in line with best practice
    • Financial procedures for people supported within services
    • Health & Safety and Fire Safety processes
    • Staff training, induction, and maintenance of staff files
  • Review Care Certificate compliance and mandatory training requirements, arranging training for new and transferring staff
  • Support recruitment activity, including interviews and onboarding of new team members
  • Assist in the induction of new and transferring management teams into the organisation
  • Provide ongoing post-transfer support to ensure systems, processes, and standards are fully embedded within services
  • Maintain a flexible approach, with regular on-site presence to support service managers and teams

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Good understanding of compliance, training, and operational processes within care services
  • Confident communicator, able to work with a range of stakeholders
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
