The Maltings offers day and community support in the heart of Fakenham in Norfolk. Located in a beautiful former malt house, the centre is fully accessible for wheelchair users. Our dedicated staff team are enthusiastic and will encourage and support you to make the most of your local community and get involved with the things that interest you.

Staff at The Maltings provide a safe, relaxed and friendly place for you to meet new friends. We will regularly review the support we give you, ensuring your needs are being met fully. We will encourage and support you to get out into the local community, do the things you love and to live the life you choose.
Location
The Maltings is situated in the rural market town of Fakenham, Norfolk. It is a large, bright centre, with excellent facilities and is in walking distance of the town centre and bus services.
Facilities
This popular service is used by over 60 people, with 30-40 attending on a daily basis. If you choose to join us, we will encourage and support you to get out into the surrounding area. We have three vehicles, two of which are fully adapted for those in wheelchairs, and they are used daily to access facilities in the local community.
Our staff team can also help you to learn life skills that will build your confidence as well as help you live more independently.
