Northfields – Norfolk

Northfields is a registered care home for seven in Norwich. Conveniently situated in West Earlham, this service consists of two adjoining bungalows. Our highly skilled and enthusiastic staff will provide you with personally tailored support and will encourage you to take an active role in the local community.

Location

Taylor Road is situated in a pleasant residential area of West Earlham, Norwich. It is within easy walking distance to local shops and facilities, including a community centre and a health centre. It is also close to a good bus route which leads further into the town centre and to the beautiful coast, just 40 minutes away.

Facilities

The two bungalows each have a large lounge, bathroom and shower room. The kitchens both offer modern and easy to use cooking facilities with adaptive equipment. If you choose to live here, you will have your own bedroom, which we will support you to decorate to your own taste. There is also a fully accessible garden for you to enjoy. Northfields has an adapted vehicle to make visits to family, friends or out into the community easy for you.
