Silver Birches – London

Silver Birches is a spacious registered care home in Hampton Wick which is made up of two large flats. It is home to 10 people and has a dedicated staff team on hand to provide you with flexible and personal support.

Our Commitment

Our enthusiastic staff team will provide you with flexible support and reviewed on a regular basis. You will be encouraged to access the many local amenities in and around Teddington, to do your own food shopping and use the sports facilities nearby. We can also support you to attend the local college where you can take a number of different courses and learn new skills. This is a vibrant home, where you will be encouraged to follow your own interests.

Location

The two vehicles at Silver Birches are available for trips further afield or to visit family and friends. There are also nearby bus and train services.

Facilities

Silver Birches is a spacious home in the heart of Hampton Wick. Bright and lively, the building consists of two individual flats over two floors, and each individual unit has a communal lounge, kitchen, and shower/bathroom. Each person has their own bedroom and, if you choose to live here, we will support you to decorate and furnish this to your own taste.

There is a well maintained garden which has a summer house and a swing chair and is regularly used for summer parties and entertaining family and friends. There is even a separate garden patch for you to grow your own vegetables. A summer house/activity room centre on site gives you opportunities for lots of varied activities and there are plans for a sensory room on the second floor. The flats all have a large lounge and kitchen. There are lots of activities for you to get involved with including dance therapy, baking, music, and fundraising parties.

There are two vehicles, one adapted for wheelchair users, to help you access the local community and visit family and friends.
