Support at Home Norfolk

Service Manager

Support at Home in Norfolk supports people who live throughout the majority of Norfolk.

We offer support to people with a wide range of needs. From those who need as little as three hours a week to be supported to access the community to those needing 24 hour support.

We support people in their own homes whether this is with family members, in sheltered housing, or their own house where they live alone or with a partner.

To find out more information about getting support, please get in contact with the service manager, Samantha.

Our job is to provide support to people with learning disabilities and autism so they can live as independently as they can in their own homes for as long as possible.
