FitzRoy reaches 100 support services
On 1st August, we welcomed three new supported living services in Havant, Hampshire, to the FitzRoy fold, bringing our total number of services to 100 services.
The successful mobilisation from three organisations involved 18 properties, 43 staff including TUPE transfers and transfer of support for 23 people.
Through dedicated staff support, transformation is evident in one young resident. Having previously spent almost his entire time in his room, within a few weeks of us taking over he began to actively seek our staff out to engage with them, which is a huge change in a very short space of time.
