Bank Care Worker- Southampton

We are looking for compassionate, committed, and values-driven Carers to join our team supporting 6 adults with profound learning disabilities.
This role is about more than providing care — it is about building meaningful relationships, promoting dignity, encouraging choice, and supporting people to live full and meaningful lives.

About the role:

You will support people with:

• Personal care delivered with dignity and respect
• PEG feeding and health-related support including medication and appointments
• Hoisting and safe moving & handling
• Daily routines including cooking, cleaning and personal care
• Meaningful activities, one minute you’ll be singing Sean Mendez and the next having a fashion show
• Community access and social engagement
• Communication and relationship building
• Encouraging choice, independence, and inclusion
