This 3-month contract is ideal for someone looking to contribute to a values-driven organisation while gaining or adding to their experience in a dynamic finance team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and process recurring invoices for personal contributions, mobility and rent

  • Post and allocate payments received, including day service and ad hoc invoices

  • Chase outstanding payments and keep debt levels within agreed targets

  • Administer service user bank accounts – opening/closing, standing orders, reconciliations

  • Respond to finance queries with professionalism and empathy


What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience in credit control, finance admin, or accounts receivable

  • Accuracy and confidence in processing financial data and payments

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage your own workload and work collaboratively
