Job Title: Female Waking Night Support Worker

Hours: Full Time

  • Night Shift: £13.65 per hour during the week and £15.02 weekends.
  • Enhanced rate of pay for overtime(over 37.5 hours)
  • Time and a half or double time for public holidays.
  • 30 days holiday when you start.
  • No experience required, comprehensive paid training provided.
  • Due to the requirements of the people we support, unfortunately we are only able to recruit female support workers.
  • Unfortunately we are unable to support sponsorship for this role.

What does a Support Worker do?

A support worker’s day is varied and rewarding. You will:

  • Support everyone differently to their individual needs.
  • Partake in light household duties.
  • Support and encourage with personal care, such as showers and baths.

Support Worker Hours

35 hours per week on a two week rolling rota

Night shifts: 35 hours per week.

Week 1 and Week 3: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

Week 2 and Week 4: Wednesday and Thursday

Day shifts are also available.
