- 37.5 hours per week
- Three 12.5-hour shifts per week
- One fixed Friday night shift (8:00pm to 8:30am)
- Two day shifts per week (8:00am to 8:30pm)
- Salary: £40,451.95 per annum

About the Role
As a Registered Adult Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), you will provide high-quality nursing care and clinical interventions to adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex health needs.
You will be responsible for delivering and overseeing a range of clinical care, including medication management, PEG feeding, health assessments, care planning and monitoring of complex health conditions. Working closely with support teams, families and healthcare professionals, you will help ensure the people we support receive outstanding, person-centred care tailored to their individual needs.
This role offers the opportunity to develop specialist knowledge and clinical skills within a supportive and experienced multidisciplinary team. You’ll have the time and autonomy to build meaningful relationships, deliver excellent care and positively influence outcomes for the people we support.
About The Pastures
The Pastures in Hales is one of FitzRoy’s flagship specialist nursing services and is home to 13 adults with varying levels of support and health needs. The service is spread across three bungalows, enabling us to create environments where people can live alongside others with similar interests, lifestyles and support requirements.

What We’re Looking For
- Registered Adult Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
- Current NMC registration
- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to high-quality care
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A passion for supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs
- Experience within learning disability, mental health or specialist care services is desirable
