Support Worker – Days or Nights
Location: Hales, Norfolk (easily accessible from Loddon, Chedgrave, and surrounding areas)
Service: FitzRoy Registered Care and Nursing – supporting 13 residents with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and complex health needs

We’re looking for caring, committed Support Workers who share our values and want to make a real difference in people’s lives. Whether you have prior care experience or are completely new to the sector, we’ll give you full training to help you succeed.

Available Roles

• Full-time (37.5 hours per week) – Days

• Part-time (various hours) – Days guaranteed hours available

• Rates: £12.35/hour

• Plus: 10% weekend enhancement, £2.50/hour overtime enhancement, £25 emergency shift payment

• Driving licence desirable but not essential – good public transport links available
