We are looking for an enthusiastic senior support worker with high energy. Applicants need to be flexible and able to work hours that include some weekend shifts.
You will support five supported living services for adults with Learning disability, Autism, Downs syndrome and Williams syndrome.
The role will be for per week 15 hours of admin and 22.5 hours in service
We are looking for people who feel they have the experience and skills that will be required as a Senior Support Worker. This is an exciting opportunity to support people in their own homes in the Nottingham area and you will need to be able and willing to motivate a diverse staff team whilst supporting individuals in the services.
You will be required to support the deputy manager and the service manager in the overall leadership and running of the services. You will also be working along side another senior support worker to ensure the services are receiving all the support they need and the people we support are receiving the best possible care.
We are looking someone who is passionate about why they work with people with learning disabilities and who will strive to improve the quality of the support we provide and promote independence for all the people we support and ensure the people we support are achieving their goals and aspirations.

Vacancies available:
- Salary: £23,450 FTE per annum (£11.99 per hour)
- Full time (30 hours per week or 37.5 hours)
- Currently offering +£2.50 for overtime shifts*.
- Time and a half or double time for public holidays.
- 30 days holiday when you start.
- Shift Patterns to include earlies and lates
- Alternate Weekend
