The Norfolk Supported Living Cluster is a team of 35 dedicated staff across 3 services in Stalham, Ashwellthorpe and Gressenhall. We support 13 individuals in their own homes, to live the life they choose. The people we support at these services enjoy a variety of hobbies and activities and taking an active part in their local community.
The role:
With the assistance of two Deputy Managers and support from your Regional Manager, you will lead the team to ensure a sustainable, high quality service is provided, which truly transforms people’s lives. You will develop strong relationships with the people we support and their families, demonstrating strong quality management skills and sharing FitzRoy’s values. Key responsibilities include:
Ensure person centred approaches deliver outcomes the people we support want Develop activities and plans that transform lives according to individual needs, wishes and aspirations Lead, empower and develop staff teams through effective recruitment, training and support Be accountable for the quality, compliance and financial requirements of the service Develop and deliver innovative and engaging activities and plans to support independence and access opportunities Create and review annual business plans, taking action to meet agreed performance levels
