Service Manager – Hales – INTERNAL APPLICANTS ONLY

FitzRoy Registered Care and Nursing service in Hales provides care and support for 12 residents with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and complex health needs. Ideal for any driver who lives in either Loddon, Chedgrave, Hales or surrounding areas.

The role:

With the assistance of your Deputy Managers and support from your Regional Manager, you will lead the team to ensure a sustainable, high quality service is provided, which truly transforms people’s lives. You will develop strong relationships with the people we support and their families, demonstrating strong quality management skills and sharing FitzRoy’s values. Key responsibilities include:

Ensure person centred approaches deliver outcomes the people we support want Develop activities and plans that transform lives according to individual needs, wishes and aspirations Lead, empower and develop staff teams through effective recruitment, training and support Be accountable for the quality, compliance and financial requirements of the service Develop and deliver innovative and engaging activities and plans to support independence and access opportunities Create and review annual business plans, taking action to meet agreed performance levels
