Pay: £12.72 per hour + 10% weekend enhancement
Contract: Bank and Part-Time (Days and Nights)
Additional Pay: £2.50 overtime uplift ¦ £25 Emergency Shift Payment
Driving Licence: Essential
Own Transport: Required due to rural location

They enjoy getting out and about — whether it’s birdwatching, scenic drives, cafes, or pub lunches — and we’re looking for Bank Support Workers to help them live life to the fullest.

As a Support Worker, no two days are ever the same. You’ll be:

• Supporting with personal care and daily living tasks

• Encouraging independence and confidence

• Joining in with outings and fun activities

• Building meaningful relationships

• Ensuring the people we support have choice and control over their lives
