FitzRoy’s 2024 staff survey is live
FitzRoy’s Director of HR, Gill Pleasance, explains why taking part in the 2024 staff survey is so important.
This year’s staff survey is an important opportunity for all staff to say what they really think about working at FitzRoy in complete confidence. We listened to feedback from previous surveys about staff feeling more comfortable if we could guarantee anonymity so we’ve selected external specialists, Agenda Consulting, to carry it out this year to ensure staff can be completely honest.
It’s so important that staff give their honest opinion as this gives us an accurate picture of how people feel across FitzRoy. The results will inform key projects assigned to deliver our new strategy, and will help to shape the future initiatives for our organisation. This includes diversity and inclusion, leadership and wellbeing.
We want to hear from all our colleagues around the country and I’m thrilled that one third of our colleagues responded in the first few days, with nearly half of FitzRoy staff taking part within 10 days. Please make a difference by completing your survey and encouraging your colleagues to do so too by Friday 5th July.
Taking part in the survey could win your team a prize. The services with the highest number of responses in their region will be entered into a prize draw to win up to £250* for their team (*dependent on the size of the service).
