More than 1,000 staff have had their say!

The FitzRoy 2024 Employee Engagement Survey results are in!

Every colleague was asked to complete the survey, giving their honest opinions on what they think about their work and FitzRoy. We achieved an award winning 65% response rate. With more than 1,000 surveys completed, it is fantastic to gather so many views to truly reflect how colleagues feel, what we are doing well and where we need to improve.

We know that for us to gather honest feedback,  confidentiality is critical, so we chose an external organisation, Agenda Consulting, to conduct the survey for us this year. Agenda were able to benchmark us against other organisations in the social care sector for certain questions. We were thrilled to score higher than our benchmark comparators on how staff feel about working here at FitzRoy and to receive Agenda’s Engagement Award in  recognition of high levels of employee engagement at FitzRoy.

We want to ensure FitzRoy is a brilliant place to work. By 2027, our goal is to have 95% of our staff feeling proud to work for FitzRoy. We feel that this measure reflects so many key elements of working life at FitzRoy. At 84% this year, these results clearly demonstrate what we hear from so many colleagues – they love what they do. The results also highlight where we can improve, and we are looking forward to creating action plans of work to focus on any areas of concern raised in staff feedback.
