Supported living in Gravesend
Our supported living home in Gravesend is for men with learning disabilities.
Six men currently share the house, each with their own interests, routines and relationships. The home has a large garden and is within easy reach of Gravesend town centre, making it straightforward for people to get out and about and be part of their local community.
Our team provides support shaped around each person, helping them to have choice and control over their daily life and do more of the things that matter to them.

Support built around you
Everyone at has their own interests and priorities.
The people living here enjoy everything from football and rock and roll to gardening, volunteering and getting out into the local community.
Music is also a big part of life with a particular love of rock and roll and Elvis Presley. Some people enjoy spending time at home and in the garden, while others are regularly out and about pursuing their interests, volunteering, seeing people important to them or enjoying the local area.
Staff support people to make their own choices and build their independence rather than organising everyone’s lives around the same routine.
Could this be right for someone you support?
Choosing somewhere to live is an important decision. If you are looking for supported living for yourself, a family member or someone you work with, contact us for an initial conversation about their needs and whether this home could be a good match.
