Impact Report 2025-2026

A home is only the beginning.

A safe, secure home matters. But a good life is about much more than where you live.

FitzRoy’s Impact Report 2025-26 shares what people have achieved with the right support around them. It shows people building confidence, becoming more independent, learning new skills and having more say over the decisions that affect their lives.

This year, FitzRoy supported 832 people across England. We helped someone move into his own home after more than 40 years in hospital. We supported people to take greater control over their lives, strengthened specialist support and created more opportunities for people with lived experience to shape how FitzRoy works.

The report is about what good support makes possible. A home of your own. Relationships that matter. More confidence. More choice. More independence. A life that feels like your own.

I’m where I want to be. They don’t bug you, but they’re there when you need them.
