The FitzRoy 2025 Staff Survey results are in!
Every colleague was invited to take part in this year’s staff survey and share their honest views about working at FitzRoy.
We are delighted that 73% of colleagues participated– a fantastic response that gives us a clear, representative picture of how people across FitzRoy are feeling.

Gathering honest feedback is essential to understanding what we do well and where we can continue to improve. To make sure the survey is completely confidential, we partnered with WorkBuzz – an independent organisation that specialises in employee engagement. All results are shared in anonymous, aggregated form, helping colleagues feel confident in giving open feedback.
Proud to work at FitzRoy
One of our long-term ambitions is for 95% of colleagues to feel proud to work for FitzRoy by 2027. This year’s results show strong progress towards that goal, with colleagues continuing to tell us they feel motivated by the work they do and proud of the difference they make every day.

What colleagues told us
The headline results highlight both strengths and areas where we can go further as an organisation. We will be reviewing these insights with regional teams, service managers and central support colleagues so we can co-create focused action plans for the year ahead.
