FitzRoy Connect is a brand-new day service offering day and community support in Coventry for people with learning disabilities and autism.

The Maltings offers day and community support in the heart of Fakenham in Norfolk. Located in a beautiful former malt house, the centre is fully accessible for wheelchair users. Our dedicated staff team are enthusiastic and will encourage and support you to make the most of your local community and get involved with the things that interest you.

Huw’s is a specialist home in Nottingham offering 24-hour nursing care and support to people with a learning disability and autism who also have other health conditions. Named after the son of one of our founding Trustees, Huw’s is one of our flagship nursing care homes, offering a warm and vibrant home for up to 14 people. Our current residents are mainly in their 20s, but we have residents aged 65 – so it is a lovely mix. We offer bespoke complex care packages that suit the needs of each individual and strive for clinical excellence.

Lee Gordon House is a registered care home for six people, situated in a quiet residential area in Coventry. We provide individual support that is tailored to your needs. We have an experienced, well trained and motivated staff team that deliver high level support 24 hours a day.

Linden Cottage is a registered care home situated in a quiet residential area in Uckfield, East Sussex. We provide individual support that is tailored to your needs. We have an experienced, well trained and motivated staff team that deliver high level support 24 hours a day.

Cherry Trees is our supported living service in Surrey where we support five people with learning disabilities.
