Safe and positive – thanks to everyone at FitzRoy!

FitzRoy has been supporting me since March 2015 and has adopted a highly flexible, client-centred way of working.

The team always put my needs at the core of the service they provide and all workers have coped extremely well with the many challenges I present due the unpredictable and rapidly disabling nature of my PTSD.

They adapt quickly and efficiently to any change in my support needs, work closely with my psychologist and regularly contribute to my recovery plan by identifying and implementing solutions.

The team is also mindful of helping me progress at my pace, are patient and always adopt a compassionate approach to my support. This has meant that I have already made significant strides in my recovery and I am enjoying life again.
