Vacancy Details
- Full time Days and Nights available
- Day shift: £13.05 per hour weekdays, £14.35 weekends
- Night shift: £13.44 per hour weekdays, £14.78 weekends
- Enhanced rates of pay for overtime (Over 37.5 hours per week)
- Time and a half or double time for bank holidays
As a Support Worker, your role will be varied and rewarding. You will provide person‑centred care and support tailored to each individual’s needs and wishes, working alongside them to identify and achieve personal goals. This enables the people we support to have choice, control, and independence in their everyday lives.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal care and daily living support
- Supporting individuals to take part in activities and interests
- Encouraging independence, choice, and control
- Promoting a healthy, balanced, and fulfilling lifestyle
Day shifts are 7.5 hours, between 7am and 10pm on a rota basis, weekend work is essential, when you work the weekend, you will have days off during the week.
Night shifts are between 7pm to 7am or 9pm – 7am, weekend work is essential, when you work the weekend, you will have days off during the week.
