**Internal Only** Co-Production Lead – 6 month secondment

We have an exciting opportunity for a 6-month secondment – in our Norfolk services as a co-production lead, working alongside people we support to enable them to develop their DSP themselves. This may also involve working alongside families and key staff teams as required.

Vacancy available:

• £25,000 p/a pro rate
• 36 hours per week
• 6 month secondment
• For this role it is essential to hold a full manual driving licence & access to a vehicle

Key Accountabilities

• Work alongside staff and people we support to ensure their full involvement in the development of their plans and outcomes.
• Work alongside staff and people we support to update support plans to achieve required standard of quality.
• Support the Service to define Outcomes with the People We Support ensuring regular monitoring & tracking
• Work with families as appropriate to enable their input should the person we support wish for this or as part of a best interest decision.
• Work in partnership with the Digital Support Planning Champion for the East region, and the Area Managers, to ensure allocation of workload meets regional needs.
• To complete a monthly progress report to inform NCC of the success of the post.
• Liaise with management at services to proactively arrange visits.
• Proactively follow up on tasks identified for services to complete.
• Devise a work plan for the period of secondment.
• Ensure quality of data meets defined standards and data is correct for Quality Inspection and CQC compliance

Key Skills and Experience

• Ability to use bespoke internal systems, reacting to changes proactively
• Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar & punctuation
