What do our Senior Support Workers do?

• Service Development- Promote Health and Safety at your location and effectively feedback issues & improvements to the team
• Team & Resource Management – Give guidance and support to Support Workers in their day to day duties enabling them to follow and promote effective team working practices and follow policy and procedure.
• Effective Administration- Ensure all records and reports are completed in an accurate and timely way by yourself and the team, including those for external agencies

Working Hours

A typical shift is around 7½ hours and can fall between 7 am and 10 pm, any day of the week. Night staff usually work a 10-hour shift. All our rotas are planned, so you know when you are working. A full-time week is 37.5 hours, and we offer guaranteed hours, full-time, part-time or bank contracts

What experience do you need?

You will be an experienced Support Worker who has recent experience of working withwith learning disabilities.
