FitzRoy is recruiting Specialist Support Workers for both day and night shifts in Littleover, Derby. You’ll be supporting people with complex support needs, mental health conditions, forensic backgrounds and behaviours of concern to live fulfilling, independent lives within their local community.
Our service consists of four self-contained flats, providing person-centred support in a structured and positive environment. Some of the people we support may be subject to Care and Treatment Orders or supported under sections of the Mental Health Act. You’ll play a vital role in helping individuals build confidence, develop life skills, maintain positive relationships and achieve their personal goals.
