Timber Grove – Essex

Timber Grove is a spacious, purpose built bungalow, set in two acres of beautiful rural land on the edge of Rayleigh, Essex. Home to 13 people, this registered care home has friendly and dedicated staff on hand to support you 24 hours a day.

Our commitment

We will encourage and support you to follow your own interests, both at home and out in the local community. We can also support you to attend local adult education courses and a range of leisure and social activities that are easily accessible nearby. Professional services, such as reflexologists, are regularly welcomed at Timber Grove.

Vincent lives at Timber Grove, and is regularly supported by staff to attend Southend Adult Community College where he attends classes and meets his friends.

He was recently nominated for a special Mencap award for his fantastic progression at aerobics class, which has gone beyond his tutor’s wildest imagination. This was a real achievement for Vincent.

Location

Timber Grove is located just over a mile from the town centre of Rayleigh. Two vehicles are available to take you out into the community or can be used for regular visits to family and friends.
