If you have a number of colleagues who need Tier 2 training, we can deliver the face to face Part 2 session at your own venue for groups of up to 30 people.
Training colleagues together can help build a shared understanding of communication, reasonable adjustments and person centred support, while giving your team space to consider how the learning applies in their own roles and services.
Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training is a standardised programme, but discussion during the day can help participants consider the situations and challenges they encounter in their work.
Is Tier 2 right for your team?
Tier 2 is for people who provide, or may be required to provide, care and support to autistic people or people with a learning disability.
This can include frontline health and social care staff, some managers and professionals, and people involved in making decisions about services.
Employers are responsible for deciding which tier is appropriate to each role.

What does the training involve?
The full Tier 2 training has two parts:
- an e learning package
- a one day, face to face training session
FitzRoy delivers Tier 2, Part 2, the face to face element. Participants need to complete the e learning before attending.
The day explores areas including communication, reasonable adjustments, health inequalities, assumptions, anxiety and person centred support.
