Helping every voice be heard: Oliver McGowan mandatory training

At FitzRoy, everything we do comes back to the people we support. For over 60 years, we’ve stood alongside people with learning disabilities, autistic people, and those with mental health needs, supporting them to live the lives they choose. That’s why we’re proud to be an approved provider of the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training on Learning Disability and Autism (Tier 2, Part 2 face-to-face), licensed by NHS England.

It’s that time again – Nationwide is back!

Nationwide gives the people we support the opportunity to have their say about FitzRoy, get involved in key areas of work, and discuss what changes they would like to make.

We are FitzRoy – diversity, equity and inclusion

Diversity, equity and inclusion - FitzRoy’s culture is led by our values, we see the person, we are brave, we are creative. We are really clear on what that looks like for people we support. But what does it mean for us as colleagues? How we work together, how we treat to each other?
